Refund policy

1. Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. To qualify for a refund, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging with all tags attached

  • Free of damage, stains, odor, or signs of wear

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, the customer must contact us via the listed support email with:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

All returns must be shipped to the address we provide.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a 100% refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The item is returned after the 7-day window

  • The item is damaged, worn, or not in original condition

  • The customer refuses delivery

  • The item is lost during return shipping

  • The order is a customized or limited personalized product

6. Pre-Order Disclaimer

Pre-orders may experience production or shipping delays.
Delays do not qualify for refunds unless required by law.
