Shipping policy

1. General Information

This Pre-Order Policy governs the purchase of items made available for pre-order (“Pre-Order Items”) through our online store. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this document.

Pre-Order Items are not currently in stock. Production begins only after your order and payment have been completed. All pre-order purchases are considered advance purchases of upcoming inventory.

2. Production & Estimated Delivery Time

Production is carried out by certified, third-party manufacturers located outside of Norway. All items are inspected, packed, and shipped from Norway by us after we receive them from the manufacturer.

Estimated delivery time for pre-order items is 4–8 weeks, depending on production schedules, supplier availability, customs processing, and your delivery location.
This time frame is an estimate only and is subject to change. Delays may occur, and by placing a pre-order you agree to accept reasonable delays associated with manufacturing and international transport.

We will provide updates during production and notify you of any significant changes to expected timelines.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for all pre-order items is processed immediately at the time of purchase.
By completing your order, you authorize us to charge the full purchase amount prior to production.

Pre-order purchases are used to secure manufacturing and cannot be deferred or partially paid.

4. Shipping

Once production is complete and we receive the goods in Norway, your order will be shipped using the delivery method selected at checkout.
Shipping times vary based on location and carrier conditions.
All applicable shipping fees are displayed at the time of purchase.

5. Cancellation Policy

Because production begins based on customer demand, pre-orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered the production stage.
If you wish to request a cancellation before production has started, you must contact us immediately.
We reserve the right to determine whether your order is eligible for cancellation based on its production status.

If a cancellation is approved, you will receive a 100% refund.

6. Return & Refund Policy

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be returned in unused, original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

  • Return shipping costs must be paid entirely by the customer.

  • Items damaged by the customer or showing signs of wear are not eligible for refund.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a 100% refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds requested after 14 days from delivery are not accepted.

We do not refund:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Customs fees or import duties paid by the customer

  • Items lost or damaged during return shipping (customer must use a traceable shipping service)

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be granted if:

  • The customer missed the 14-day return window

  • Production or shipping delays occurred (unless the law requires otherwise)

  • The item was customized based on customer preferences

  • The customer provided an incorrect address

  • The customer refuses delivery

8. Customer Obligations

By placing a pre-order, the customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate shipping and contact information

  • Monitor email and notifications for updates

  • Understand that production and delivery timelines may change

  • Comply with the return procedure if requesting a refund

9. Communication & Updates

We will provide relevant updates regarding production, delays, shipping, and delivery when necessary.
You may contact customer support at any time for order status inquiries.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a pre-order purchase, you confirm that:

  • You fully understand these terms

  • You agree to all policies stated above

  • You acknowledge that pre-orders operate differently than regular in-stock purchases

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not place a pre-order.
